Our BRUT Crémant reveals notes of pear, white peach as well as subtle aromas of white flowers and honey. Fresh and harmonious mouth with aromas of brioche, butter and pear.

Grape varieties: 60% Aligoté, 30% Pinot Noir, 10% Chardonnay.

Aging & Dosage: 100% tank aging “on lattes”, 18 months. Residual sugar 9 g/L.
